Intensive Retreat

A Hollow Reed intensive retreat is a one of a kind experience tailored to each individual client’s specific needs.

Your intensive retreat will include:

    Initial Consult

You will begin your journey by scheduling an initial phone consultation with Jacquelyn Brenner.

From this conversation you and Jacquelyn will create your individualized holistic healing program and decided the length and intention of your journey. You may decide to participate in a three, seven or ten day retreat* at our Arizona facility.

    Journey Plan

Your journey plan will outline your healing program and serve as a guideline as to what to expect during your retreat. Your plan may be somewhat general and open to change as your process dictates, or, depending upon your situation and your needs, you may require a more specific format including scheduled meal times.

All activities/modalities are tailored specifically for you and may include : Wellness dialogue, Reiki, Cranio-sacral therapy, massage, Native American healing techniques and Jin Shin Jyutsu. For more information on these healing methods click here.

    Arizona Intensive

During the course of your stay with us, Jacquelyn will listen to your story and share some of her own. She will be your guide and offer insight. Depending upon the length and intention of your retreat, you will most likely do supplemental work with one of our associates. For more information on our community of healers and wellness professionals and the types of services they offer Click here.

You and Jacquelyn will develop a care plan for your return to your daily life. This care plan will most likely include wellness professionals for follow-up care in your area.

Follow-Up

Upon resuming your daily life, follow up will include a scheduled phone appointment with one of our staff.
